Our service and diagnostic fee is $125, which includes the trip to your home, a thorough professional evaluation of your heating or cooling system, and a clear explanation of our findings along with a written estimate for any recommended repairs. If you decide not to proceed with repairs, the diagnostic fee is the only charge.



We always focus on repair first and will only recommend replacement if it is the most practical and cost-effective solution. If replacement is the best option, we can review your choices and provide clear estimates so you can make an informed decision with confidence.


For customers looking to save year-round, we offer a Planned Service Agreement for $250, which includes two maintenance visits per year and 10% off all repairs, parts, and labor.


Payment Options:
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and debit cards. A one-time $5 processing fee applies to credit card payments.
